Once application is submitted a multi-page questionnaire with three video questions at the end, then a brief telephone chat with a recruiter before you are actually granted an interview with a property manager.

Prometheus strives to hire folks who fit within their culture. A standard application process, followed by their wonderful recruiter who reaches out with the next step, assuming you are a good match. The next step although nerve wracking, was fun. You are asked to record a short video in an effort for the employer to learn more about your personality. This step is not your trypical boring, interview protocol. Think of it more as an ice breaker! Once you get through the video, you are then contacted for an in-person interview which is the final step. To clarify, this was conducted pre-Covid.
