      J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Projectus (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2016

      Entretien

      The interview process was spread over three stages and lasted three weeks. The first interview involved the Marketing and Business Operations manager and the director where I was asked about my work background and was asked a few questions. They were both very warm and friendly in the interview process. I had learnt from experience to observe the interviewees equally to engage the type of environment this company has. From initial impressions this felt very positive. I was invited to a second interview where I was required to complete a few exercises. I was placed on a computer with the other consultants and was asked to do basic admin tasks within an hour. The staff I was with were very friendly and kept offering tea or asked if I was too cold. After the tasks were completed I had a chat with the Marketing and Business Operations Manager about how the tasks went and also had a one to one chat with one of the consultants. I progressed to the final stage where I was asked to take a personality test before attending. The first part of the interview was with the founder. He asked a few questions in regards to my thoughts of the company and why I wanted to work here. Afterwards, two managers sat down and further tested my knowledge of the company. The interview ended with the Marketing and Business Operations manager and the director from the first interview sitting down with me where they offered the job on the spot. This is the first time I have experienced an interview process that has required three stages. In this sense the process was more in depth than what I am use to. However, I understand that it is important to this company to not just make sure you have the skills to do the job but that you also fit in with the company culture. Projectus is very selective with who they take on board and this is reflected through the welcoming atmosphere of the office. I had been interviewing with several other places, but I gladly accepted this offer.
