The interviewer is very thorough with the process. Cares deeply about how a tutor should interact with children. They were also very kind. The dress code was business casual so didn't really worry too much about attire.

What has a supervisor said about you that was positive?
Filled out a form, scheduled an interview, and did a mini ACT after interview. The interview was about an hour long. The first half was all behavior questions, and the second half was a mock tutoring session with the interviewer role-playing as an unmotivated student.

Why do you want to be a tutor? What experience do you have with children? How do you deal with difficult students? How will you ensure the students are being respectful to you? How will you build rapport with the students?
