I had my resume on Monster.com and the company saw it on there and called me and asked me if I was interested in an interview at the corporate location. I went in and had to answer a 2 page question worksheet that was about case management and therapy. The interview lasted about 30 minutes or so. They asked me about previous experience and what I knew about the company. (I did my homework and have been in this field for quite some time). I then received a call about 3 days later asking me to come in for a second interview at the actual program site they were hiring for. It wasn't much of an interview this time, I met a lot of clients, staff and they showed me where my potential office space would be. Two days later they called me telling me I got the job and I went in for orientation 2 weeks later and had to get a physical and all your normal tests to work in the mental health field.
