The first round was great with HR. Very basic and relaxed. Then moved to the second round. Holy Moly. If you see very general JD on the website, please ask more info about the job that you wanted to apply for. Before the second round started 2 hours early, you only got the detailed JD. Too many info you need to know and prepare. If you are a person who would like to prepare for the interview seriously before the real interview starts, please be careful. The fresh JD also includes the other people’s edits in the doc. Very unprofessional. So ask for a detailed JD before the interview. The candidates’ time is also time. The second interview with the manager was great and professional.
