Team or panel interviews. Written questions submitted prior to interview. The phone interview was very casual. The panel interviews could be intense. The teams take interviewing a little too seriously.

Overall, I have a really good experience of the interview process. I had three stages of interviews and everything sounds great. Unfortunately, due to pausing the role, I didn't have any more interviews.
