Brought me in to interview for a Sales Analyst position, but bait and switched me saying that position was filled but that I could interview for a closely related position, Sales Coordinator. Implied that this position was a quick stepping stone into the next open Sales Analyst position so I agreed to continue. Had a total of 3 interviews. All 3 consisted of generic interview questions asking about me, my work history, example situations, etc. The assortment of people interviewing were all friendly and welcoming. I got offer but only accepted because it meant similar pay, a 5 minutes commute, and what I thought was the opportunity to quickly shift to the Sales Analyst position. The person who had just filled the analyst role quit on my second week and they permanently closed that position forcing me into the Sales Coordinator position.
