zoom calls with 2 to 5 people from various dept. that may or may not say a word or they may take over the call and talk FAR TOO MUCH and ask really dumb questions

they ask questions based on what they think is important, not even job related. I must have been asked 5 or 6 times if I felt I would "contribute to their success".
