This company is constantly advertising for employee's and I have been through their testing many times. I've been in the call center business since 1998 and more than qualified for their position. I went to their Riverview location for the wonderlics testing and the IQ portion I found easy and common sensical. Out of 15 people about 5 remained after that test so be ready for it. The second computer based test was about 90 get to know you - yes - no- strongly agree - questions like-
Do you have call center experience -yes
Do you have more than 6 experience -yes
Do you like people -yes
Do you like helping people -yes
Do you like helping other employees -yes
Have you ever trained other employees -yes
Do you have any sales experience -yes
Do you like to sell -yes
After this portion of the test it was my turn to be dismissed and the wonderlics guy called me back into the small testing room and explained that based on my responses I was not what they were looking for and I could reapply and take the test again in May. So in May I could not even log into the website and had to create a new profile. I had to use a alternate email address and the links for the testing went to the wrong e-mail address.
Then I get a call from the Wonderlics Guy saying they liked my resume and asked me to complete the testing. During the converation we figured out the links went to the wrong email addr and he offered to resend them and found my original profile. But instead of resending the links I got a email stating I was no longer under consideration. What ever the problem is they do not want to talk about they just hide behind the software.

I submitted my application and then got invited to complete a HireVue interview. It was about eight questions, all requiring STAR style responses. After I finished the interview, I received a rejection email. I honestly hate when companies play in people’s faces like this. What was the point of making me do an online interview if you already decided based on my resume? If you weren’t interested from the start, just say that. I have very little respect for companies that reject people through recorded online interviews, without ever allowing them to speak to a real person. It feels less like recruiting and more like a way to collect personal data our voices, our faces, without any real intention of moving forward.

Recruiter was rude, emailed me an hour before my interview and asked if I was available right now. I quickly responded and said that I could be ready in 20 mins sighting that our original interview was not for another hour. Upon the interview he made a comment about not being able to drop everything and start the interview an hour early. I had inquired about a religion question and holidays that differ from normal US holidays and he said yeah that wouldn't really align with our values. I should have sued. He sighted on my after interview report that I didn't have the experience he was looking for (which was a lie).

Straight forward typical call center interview. Initial interview was a phone screening where the recruiter asked for a background description of my resume. Two days later I interviewed with a supervisor and hiring manager. Entire process took about 2 weeks to receive job offer.
