I applied online January 13th, 2016. I was offered to take a pre-employment assessment, on January 14th. Then was invited to schedule a phone interview on January 18th, On January 21st, the phone interview was conducted. I was nervous, but I perform best under pressure. January 22nd, I was sent an email for additional background information (this is Progressive's way of saying, they want to go further with your application). To my surprise the background check went relatively fast. January 25th I scheduled an In-Person interview. February 3rd the big day arrived, and I was ready to take on any and every question they asked. The best way to prepare for these questions, is to think about your past experiences within your work history. You want to try and operate within the framework of the STAR Method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) the cuts to the chase. Progressive is really thorough and precise in their interview process, they want nothing but the best. The In-Person interview went great. February 4th I was contacted and extended an offer of employment. I gladly accepted - can't wait to start my career with Progressive!

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
