Prepare and write out your technical experiences in the Situation–Task–Action–Result format, and have at least 10–12 solid examples ready. Multiple rounds of interviews with HR, hiring manager and team members. Use the STAR based method. Have a pre-assessment you have to fill out as well to make sure that you are a good fit before even getting pass screening.

Pre screening assessment, basic screening call with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, interview with their manager. Followed the advertised format but still conversational. Provided time to ask questions. Seemed like good vibes overall.
