I originally applied for the position in June and never heard anything back until November when I received an email that they would like to move forward with the application process. There was a computer based personality assessment which was easy and then a phone interview about a week later that lasted about an hour. The phone interview went really well. The recruiter I spoke with was pleasant and helpful in explaining the process and type of questions she would ask. I felt very confident about it all. I got a call a few days later to schedule an interview with a manager. I thought I had prepared well for the situation based type questions but all in all I thought the in person interview went just okay. So no offer yet. I'm supposed to receive a call with in a week. the interview wasn't stellar at all. I guess we'll see.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entretien
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
