I applied online via the Progressive website. If you pass the application phase, you will get an email for the assessment. Once you pass the assessment, an initial phone screen interview will be give. My phone interview consisted of the STAR format. Ensure that you respond in this manner. If you pass the phone screen interview, a background check will be done. That usually takes about 5-7 business days. Once you pass the background, an in person interview is given. The hiring manager also gives STAR format questions but first went over the resume. Very casual interview. I heard back within 4 business days with an offer. I was very impressed with Progressive's interview process. This demonstrated that the company wants not only the company but also its employees to succeed. I had several phone interviews with various other carriers and I must say that Progressive took much more time in getting to know the individual. I can't wait to start my career with this company.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
