The interview process was very easy, after the assessment online, they call you to do a phone interview. After passing, you are invited to come in to do an in person interview. The first 5 weeks of training was great and it was during the day, 8-5pm, but not everything is learned during the training. I learned all of my duties, and got all of my experience once I began working.

Virtual interview, had to record your anwser. it was nonpersonal and seemed like they were just looking for a large volume of cadidates. Be sure to anwser in the STAR method.
