Applied on progressive website, received assessment next day, after assessment received virtual interview next day and finally received invite to interview with hiring manager. Manager said I would hear back in 5-7 days. I received a call from the recruiter 6 days later offering me the job pending a background check. The background check took 5 days. I then received the final offer 3 days later.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entretien
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
