All of the reviews are spot on! Very quick recruiting process and talent acquisition keeps you in the loop! I loved that. I applied on 9/20 9/21--I received the request to take the Assessment (Basic math, and vocabulary type questions, followed by a personality assessment, and a customer service call assimilation) Takes about a good hour or so to complete! 9/22-- I received an invitation for the HireVue Self-recorded interview - 8 STAR-based questions and I absolutely bombed a question bc my connection started buffering in the middle of my 1st attempt so when it came back up I assumed I still had another shot but I didn't so I didn't finish a question completely. It automatically submits your 2nd response! so be careful!!! I was so embarrassed and upset with myself that I almost quit the process! It took me about 2-3 days to get the nerve to go back and finish my last 2 questions! But, I'm so glad I did!!! 9/25 completed the Hirevue interview 9/28 -Invitation to Live interview 9/29 - Had Live Interview -- this was 1 on 1 with a hiring manager. He asked a lot of in-depth questions about my background and wanted to know how it related to the role. I would say that was the majority of the interview, and he aslo thoroughly explained to me the job, training process, schedule, start date, a typical day in the role etc. Last, he asked 4 STAR questions, and be prepared to answer any follow-up questions to these I would say. Have stories ready! After that, I asked a few good questions and we wrapped up the interview. It lasted about an hour. He told me I'd get an answer in about 7 days! 10/6 -- received a call from a Recruiter with the Verbal Offer contingent upon a clear background check! Followed by an email with the Offer Letter and background check consent. HireRight contacts you via email after that to fill out their information sheet for the background check. And then you wait! Very quick turnaround time compared to other companies! I'm glad I didn't quit. Dont doubt yourself , confidence is key! That and showing sincere interest in the role and company can make all the difference. Ask good questions. Review YT videos yes like everyone else suggests. But also, review their material!! They will send you( if you make it to the Live Interview stage), a link to a page with helpful information and FAQs, articles, interview tips, more in-depth info about the company, and interviews with advice from current employees in the role! Don't sleep on their tools, that helped me a lot! I also think they take the Bachelor's degree and work experience requirement seriously. Luckily, I have my Bachelor's. That was one of the first questions asked during my live interview! If you made it this far reading, I say to you good luck and don't sell yourself short!!
