3/12/22 - applied online 3/15/22- invitation to take the assessment..mostly math, vocab, and behavioral questions 3/16/22- invitation to complete video recording interview..a lot of people on here complained about this but i think it’s a great way to show off your skills without the pressure of an actual interview. 3/20/22- completed video recording interview. Make sure to use strong examples that align with the job description and practice the STAR format. Smile, look at the camera and dress nice 3/22/22- invitation for real video interview 3/29/22- interview completed..it was a lot simpler than i thought it was going to be. Mostly questions about how you organize/prioritize/handle workload. It was scheduled for an hour and a half but lasted about 45 minutes and i choked up on a few of my STAR questions so i thought i did terrible. I asked a million questions and was very interested and professional though. Interviewer was very cool and laid back. 3/30/22- apparently didn’t do as bad as i thought, received job offer contingent on background check. 4/4/22- background check passed and starting on 4/25/22 :) I didnt expect to get this job when I applied but if you practice, work hard and keep a positive attitude and mindset, you can do anything you want
