Entretien
The application was easy. The assessment was comprised of math word problems that required critical thinking skills to break down how to solve it. There were phrases that you needed to select the statement that you would be most likely to relate with or that you agreed or disagreed with. There was also a skills test where you simulate a CS call with a client by selecting the right phrases and entering correct information. I didn't like the interview process. It wasn't done in person, but rather by recording one's answers. You got two tries and that's it! I'm not photogenic, so I prefer in person interviewing. Ultimately, I didn't get the position. My CV and qualifications are well above the job requirements and I used the STAR format as recommended, but when I asked for feedback, I was told that my responses didn't show ENOUGH critical thinking. Even my fiancee who listened in thought I had the job, so I was very surprised when I didn't get it. I've included the questions and recommendations for the next people to have a fair shot!

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
