Interview process begins with a recruiter. You start with a phone interview. After that, you have your in person interview with the department. It's about 3 hours long. Standard for Progressive. Depending on the position you may have a second in person interview. This is also 3 hours. My whole process took 3 months. Be patient. It's worth the wait.
