Applied online. Received email with link to assessment almost a month after application. Received email with link to schedule phone interview. Had phone interview a week after assessment. Was not offered opportunity with a one on one interview. Evidently my replies to their questions didn't display the complexity that they wanted for this position. Oh well their loss, I'll take my talents and work ethic to a company that can better appreciate them.
Customer satisfaction reviews with this company are generally unfavorable. Might have something to do with the fact that they hire candidates that interview well but don't deliver results in the real world.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entretien
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
