I applied for the position on a hiring website. The next day I was sent an assessment to take. The assessment was very easy. However, I received another assessment the next day which consisted of questions that required me to think logically and answer them quickly. The day after I received a email stating I passed the assessment and I was moving forward to the phone interview. The interviewer was very pleasant! She made me feel as if I was a casual conversation about my work experience. The questions consisted of the STAR format. She explained the hiring process and began answering questions based on that format. She also asked what did I know about the company and why did I want to work there.
