3 step process : assessment test + phone interview + onsite interviews. I met the recruiters at a college career fair. They asked me to apply online. I got a self assessment test to complete after the online application. After qualifying, I got a phone interview (about 1hr long) and mainly behavioral (tip : follow the STAR answering system for all your questions). After passing the phone screen I was invited to the HQ for a 2-day interview. All candidates were picked up at the airport and provided lodging for 1 night. The onsite interview : day1 - social dinner with upper management and employees already on the role you're interviewing for; day2 - team shadowing and interview sessions (at least 3 interviews, 1:1 with team managers and/or upper management). Again, answer everything on a STAR format. I got a call the following Monday with an offer. Progressive's career outlook and competitive bonus made me decline a higher paying job - still not regretting it.
