04/06/16- found the position on Indeed and applied online; received email from Progressive that my application had been received and that it would be reviewed in the coming days 05/19/16- received an invitation via email to take the pre-employment assessment/skills test; took test; received confirmation email that I passed the test and to look for an email or call in the next 2 weeks with more information and the next steps 05/25/16- received email requesting to set up a phone interview; set up interview for the following day 05/26/16- phone interview with recruiter completed and in-person interview with manager set up for the following day; also received email with information regarding the background verification process and next steps 05/27/16- in-person interview with manager completed 05/31/16- received email from third party background check company, HireRight, requesting background verification information; background check initiated 6/02/16- received email from HireRight requesting additional background information/clarification 6/03/16- received email from HireRight stating that the background check had been completed 6/08/16- received phone call from recruiter around 6:30pm with job offer; accepted offer

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.
