There was little to no paperwork required. I got there and there was no waiting, before the interview. The interview was short (about 45 minutes), and fairly straightforward. The hiring Manager asked basic questions. There was very little BS involved. The hiring Manager was very friendly and attentive, and I didn't have to deal with unexpected or tricky questions that are common in interviews. She called me back for training 2 days later.
