      Entretien pour CRM Manager

      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ProgressPlay (Tel Aviv-Yafo) en déc. 2016

      Entretien

I had 2 or 3 visits to the Playcode or ProgressPlay offices in 2016 for interviews. My experience was awful, to say the least. The office was tiny and cramped and everyone immediately hushed up the second I walked in. Not a great feeling, but ok whatever. I had my interview with the manager I'd be working under and then with the next higher up. My potential manager and I hit it off very well and I was asked to come back in for an interview with their boss. My interview with the boss went poorly, it seemed like he was constantly distracted and already had someone in mind for the job and it wasn't me. I tried to get through the interview as best I could and build a rapport, but I left feeling like I definitely didn't get the job. I was shocked when I got a call to come in to do an online test in their offices. I came in, sat down to do the test and they couldn't log in to the portal. I waited 20 minutes for them to sort it out. They never did, I heard the two having some sort of argument and a loud whisper from the boss saying to tell me there were technical problems. I never did the test. I went home. I received another call where I was told nevermind about the test, I got the job and a contract, with a very good salary offer. This was obviously a huge surprise but I felt very encouraged so I accepted a time and date to come in, sign the contract and start working that day. Another company called me in the meantime to offer a job, and I told them I already had one. There was some back and forth in email - they spelled my name wrong on the contract, but we finalized a date in the end. The day came, my potential manager/interviewer was in another meeting. I saw their boss briefly, who looked very surprised to see me. I explained I was there to sign a contract and start. I was rudely told to wait in the hallway. My would-be manager got out of a meeting and took me to the room we interviewed in. They finally told me that something has changed and I didn't get the job. I was literally holding my contract, with a start date, in hand. After some prodding, they admitted to me that they wanted to hire me but their boss didn't. I told them they shouldn't have wasted my time and that I turned down another job for this one! They didn't say anything else and I left angrily. What a waste of time it was! In the end, it seems I dodged a bullet there because I heard from others later on that the work environment is awful and there were instances of bullying. No surprise there.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

My interviewer barely asked me anything, he seemed to have made up his mind before I walked in the door and was just going through the motions.
