Took about 2 months before getting an offer. They try to identify if you are a fit. Not a lot of business questions, but very interested in the portfolio of customers you can bring. No interview involvement of HR, just for contracts. Basically interview with owner's son and manager. They are not interested in your ambition.

Entretien
Meeting with CEO, Sales Mgr and CTO. Mutual presentation and typical job application questions. Really, nothing particular in this meeting, just the usual questions. The overall process was quite fast and straight forward.
