There is an IQ, and personality test. If you pass those, they will reach out for an initial interview, if you pass it then there is another interview with 2 more people. If you pass the two interviews, you will get invited to a site visit and get an offer.

Entretien
All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.

The process consisted of an assessment and then an online interview. They conduct an in-person interview for the final round with a two people, during which you also tour the plant.

Then, Take the virtual 1 hour interview with one person. This is mostly behavioral
