Me postulé para un puesto de interno de Supply Chain, en el cual no se pedía experiencia, solo ser estudiante de último año de ingeniería o administración.
El proceso fue muy largo y pasé por dos entrevistas pero a pesar de cumplir con todos los requisitos y hasta mas decidieron seguir con otros candidatos más jóvenes.
Las preguntas del entrevistador muy tendenciosas y a pesar de ser un puesto de entrada preguntaba cosas que solo un profesional con años de experiencia y con proyectos fuertes a cargo podría responder satisfactoriamente, además de que era una persona que ya venía indispuesta para realizar la entrevista. Insisto en que la edad fue un factor determinante para no obtener el puesto (31 años) a pesar de que su política supuestamente sea la de no discriminar por edad.
I submitted an application for a Supply Chain intern position, which stipulated no prior experience, only enrollment as a final-year engineering or administration student.
The recruitment process was protracted, involving two interview stages. Despite fulfilling all stipulated requirements and possessing additional qualifications, the organization opted to advance with other, younger candidates.
The nature of the interviewer's questions was notably tendentious. For an entry-level role, the inquiries pertained to subject matter typically mastered by professionals with extensive experience and leadership in substantial projects. Additionally, the interviewer appeared disinclined to proceed with the interview from its outset. I contend that my age (31 years old) constituted a decisive factor in my non-selection, notwithstanding the company's professed policy of non-discrimination based on age.

there are thee online interveiws after passing online test. it took 2 months to have first interview opportunity. Each interview usually take 1hour and based on behavior and how to make decision. Also one interviewer I met asked deeper to understand (e.g what is impact of our action in future)
Applied online, then completed an online cognitive and personality assessment. Passed that and had 2-3 rounds of behavioral interviews (~45 min each), conducted virtually with managers. Questions were STAR-format focused on leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving. Overall process took about 2-4 weeks.
