A normal process that was quite lengthy by my experience. It consisted of an assessment and 2 interviews that included both general and situational questions of varying levels of difficulty.

After the online assessment, I guess candidates have several interviews online. But I couldn't pass the first one. I think candidates should have several episodes about solving problems. I didn't really ready for the interview anyway. Of course, it has a few English questions that the problems you can face at the office.
