The interview was conducted in the typical P&G format where you are asked multiple behavioral questions that cover all of P&G's peak performance factors. It is an hour long interview and you have to give your answers in the CAR format, with data backed answers showing the results of your actions.

The first part of the process was playing some games online. I then had an interview with two male executives that asked me behavioral questions and gave more information on the role. The second and final interview was a panel interview with four executives that also asked me behavioral questions. All of my interviewers were kind and patient. Even though answering questions in front of four male executives was nerve-wracking, they seemed to be approachable so I felt comfortable. At the end of the interview process, I was told my results were positive but that the position was no longer available as it had already been filled which was quite disappointing.
