Interview stages:test,interview with recruiter,3 interviews with managers and director.Interviews consisted from 5 question based on experience and 2 situational.Although,questions where not easy,I believed that I answered everything good and thought that if I’ve reached final stage I should have an offer.I liked that the interview process was with different managers and the opinion on my candidacy should be unbiased and impartial. Company claims that they are interested in developing strong leaders and their career,I was surprised to receive rejection without any feedback..I hoped that after dedicating so much time for preparing, so many interviews I should receive some reason why I don’t fit for this job to understand how I can do better in future and learn on my mistakes. Such rejection was like the company is not interested at all and just occupying my time and their managers.

1st round with HR manager, 2nd round with Hiring manager, 3rd round with Country manager then final round of on-ground/in-store walkthrough. Questions are pretty standard with behavioral and situational questions.
