J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) en mai 2011

      Entretien

I applied online to P&G in February of 2011. I took the online assessments and was then contacted that I had passed those tests. The next step was an in person reasoning test. This test consisted of 40 questions, and was timed. The time limit was 65 minutes. This test was rather difficult. After about 3 weeks, I was told that I had passed the test. From there, it was said that my resume was being evaluated to see if next steps would be taken. Roughly 3 weeks later, I was informed via email that I had been offered a phone interview. The phone interview lasted nearly an hour, and was all behavioral based. "Tell me about about a time when..." About 3 weeks after that, I was contacted for a final interview. This interview was a panel interview. There were two HR managers who sat in on the interview. This was done at P&G's Winton Hill location. The two managers took turns asking questions. There were 9 total questions, and this interview lasted about 50 minutes. I was told that I would be contacted within 7-10 days with their final decision. The three possible decisions were; An offer, No offer, or being placed on hold. Being placed on hold would mean that I wouldn't be considered for the position in which I applied, but possibly for other positions. I received an email one day later stating that they would not be making an offer, and thanked me for considering P&G as a prospective employer. Unfortunately, the process is considerably long. Had I received an offer, it would have been worth every second. In hindsight, much time was invested prepping and waiting. While I'm upset I was not offered a position, I understand that P&G only hires people who fit into their culture. I feel like I would have fit in, but their judgement obviously disagreed. My advice to anyone who applies is simple: Be prepared for it to be drawn out. While you should be confident in yourself, know that you are going against many people who are most likely equal to you in experience, and skill. Even if you nail the interview, you must exude something that makes them see a fit. They are a great company, and I wish I'd been fortunate enough to have been offered a position.
