Had a series of games that forced you to pay attention. Most of the games seemed pointless and more designed to test your patience with the company. Personally, I felt this to be tedious to jump through hoops for it.

Pay attention to where all of the ball are at and correctly pick the right square.
Smooth. The usual process includes online assessments and roughly a 6-8 weeks of waiting for the response. The interview was relatively straight forward, not very technical and was mainly focusing on personality and different scenarios in work.

Entretien
A questionnaire was provided through an online testing system that was similar to an IQ test. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. My application was immediately rejected after submitting with no feedback.
