Interviewed for an entry, full-time position. First you take an aptitude test, with calculations and logical questions as well as a personality survey. Then, there are 3 interviews, mine were with sales employee, sales dir, then managing director. All 3 asked the same situational questions regarding their PEAK competencies, by the time of the third interview it got repetetive and became clear I don't want to work there.
