people are polite and easy going, quite good experience of the career path, worth to apply
It's very rigorous. Spend time learning company's values and principles and ensure you are in alignment. If you don't agree w/ them, apply elsewhere. The company operates consistent with their values - the Consumer is a very important partner in what is done. The effect of the Company on the community and on Consumers' lives is an important concern.
