I applied online for Management Springboard Seminar. First i had to submit CV and motivation letter. After completing application form, i was challenged with online Management Success Factors test. No time limit, around 60 question, about you, yourself, motivation, principles, etc.. After that i was invited to local office to participate in Reasoning test, which is similar to IQ tests. After successfully passing it, i had 1on1 interview, which lasted almost for an hour. It was competency based interview, where you have to explain everything from the situation perspective.
