I first applied online after speaking with a recruiter. Then, I took the online assessment exam. After about two weeks, I was then scheduled a zoom interview. Finally, two weeks after that I had an on site interview. It took about a month to receive an offer from them after the onsite interview.

All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.

Then, Take the virtual 1 hour interview with one person. This is mostly behavioral
