1.Registration Online through their Mentioned Site
2.If you fit their initial criteria , they'll call you to determine a date and time for their test .
3. The test is mixed : English and sort of GMAT or GRE iq and reasoning test (you should practice online samples as it is not easy to answer in allowed time )
4.I passed the test they Emailed me and then phone called to set a date for the interview.
5. The interview were three Copy-Paste HR only interview :
- Personal Life
- Achievements
- Your pros and Cons
-Challenging situation you Faced.
N.B : NO technical questions at all
N.B : They're very professional and you'll not be under tension due to them at all .

The most difficult part of the interview is the length of the three consecutive interviews ; they're mentally exhausting and you can not think of recalling your life achievements if they are not very present in your mind all time.

After the skill assessment, started with a short HR phone screen, then a 1 hour interview, followed by an on site tour and final interview. All the questions were "tell me about a time when..." STAR questions.

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.

There were 2 rounds of interviews, asking about your leadership experience and examples of driving change in previous roles. In between the interview there were tests verifying your pattern recognition skills.
