The interview process starts online. In addition to the usual resume-type information, there was a rather long behavioral-type questionnaire (leadership, analytical skills, etc) and a timed analytical test (pattern recognition, IQ test type questions). Next, an on-site analytical test that I did not go through, apparently candidates with PhD degrees can skip this test. Then an interview day with 3 interviews each with 2-3 managers from different functions within R&D. Most question revolves on a fixed set of capabilities: leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, team work. We hear back within 2 weeks on the decision, and an additional few weeks for placement to specific department/ function. Some hiccups and delay along the way, understandable since it is one of the first recruitment efforts for Singapore R&D organization. Overall a good experience

At first you submit your resume and then it will send you an assessment. On the website it said we will let you know within 30 days if you made it to next step or not. It's been 3 months that I haven't heard a word or received any email from them.
