Started obviously from an online application. Afterwards there was an online assessment test, reasoning test at the main office, first interview and the final one. An invitation for a second inverview came the day after the initial one (was scheduled promptly for another day, like the previous one). Both were examining personality over skills. No overspecific questions, except those drawn from your CV.
