First, I applied online. After my CV got selected from the pool, I got an invitation online assesment tests. These were based on culture questionnaire and reasoning tests. I am waiting for the next step.

3 rounds - same questions - set of situational and behavioral. Each between 1-2 weeks. If you pas everything, you will be invited into a final discussion where you will discuss the contract details, etc.
