I had 3 rounds of interviews, each 1hr or longer, following where I was asked questions about their Peak Performance Factors (Lead with Courage, Innovate for Growth, Champion Productivity, Execute with Excellence, and Bring out our Best), and I was recommended to answer using a CAR structure. The interviewers were extremely nice and welcoming, however, the process took months, and I'd often have months in-between 1 interview or another. From applying to final round, the process took 5/6 months.

It was a long and difficult process. The problem is that is too long too many of the same interviews and a long pause between them. I got an offer that was very good. Declined because I had already signed someone else.
