It was mostly about how i did in my college years whether i spent it with clubbing activities and social activities or not. They do not care about the grades you get from college.

I took a series of 3 assessments and then completed a video interview. I was asked to answer questions using the CAR method. The interview lasted 20 minutes, and the recruiter did not seem interested in answering my questions about the position.
