I applied for a number of positions and had GREAT conversations with a number of prospective teammates. The first time around, I interviewed with about 4 people. Everyone "liked me", and then I got an email saying they chose someone else, so I asked if I could get some feedback and everything went dark. And then the next time, I applied for a "Strategic Product Consultant" role and interviewed well. Then I heard NOTHING, so i followed up a few times via email, and finally, i got a notification that I wasn't selected, but somehow, it was edited to say it was a "financial" position. So i asked for clarification and things went dark again. Idk, I'm disappointed because I expected more from a solid company who is looking for Construction professionals with a technology knack. Hope things improve going forward.
