The interview process was very well organized and transparent. Setting up the interview time was really easy as I was allowed to pick my preferred time slot rather than being given just one and having to make it work. I was given the names of the interviewers in advance along with their LinkedIn profiles which allowed me to learn a little more about who they were so I could tailor some questions for them. Day of the interview flowed nicely. It was all remote. I met with three interviewers, one after the other. While I am sure they were strategic in their line of questioning, the time spent felt more like a natural conversation rather than a typical interview Q&A style. One of my interviews ended a few minutes early - as in, we covered everything that was needed - so we spent about 5 minutes or so just talking which was great as it helped me to get a better feel on the typical employee nature. Follow up was provided after all three were done. Great interview experience!
