Applied online and within a few days I received a phone screen. It was strange at first due to being contacted for another position at the company rather than the one I was to be interviewed for. The questions were more focused on me as a person rather than my work experience and qualifications. During the interview I wanted more information on advancement and transitioning in the company "as I wanted to be a well rounded employee" After this question the recruiter seemed to have changed attitude. I assumed for the response I was not going to be able to make the next step but I was hopeful. I was informed I would be contacted the following Monday for the next step as I was interviewed on Friday. I received an email on Saturday informing me I was not a candidate
