Phone screen followed by in-person interview on Carpinteria campus. Did a Zoom call with an employee in the Texas office followed by two in-person interviews. The first interviewer was very unprofessional. She brought a large dog into the interview room claiming she was "dog-sitting" while the owner was on a phone call. She proceeded to be distracted by the dog for the entire duration of the 30 minute interview while also checking her phone multiple times. I felt like my answers to her questions were going in one ear and out the other... I walked away feeling that the professionalism of Procore is not all that it is cracked up to be.

There were many interviews like 4 . The HR and technical one went so professional. But the one with the CEO and even not sure of his title , was so tough . He was so attacking and repeating same questions . I wasn't comfortable after that one and provided sense of micromanagement and sense of underrating the staff. I would say that HR is super professional also the staff in the USA.
