I had a brief phone interview that went really well. The recruiter explained the position to me and then extended an invitation to interview in person. The in-person interview went well. I interviewed with 3 different people at the same time and they all made me feel very comfortable. The questions were pretty standard interview questions and they did a good job explaining what the position entails. I didn't feel super great about all of my answers, but they called back within a week and offered the position. Overall a very good experience.

5 rounds all great assessments. They are looking for values in people more so than the perfect skill set. They are extremely warm and friendly and will be expecting the why behind the what.
