The interview process was an enjoyable experience. I reached out to a recruiter on Linkedin and shortly after she set up a 30-minute intro phone call. She covered some of the basics about the position and got to know my background. I then had two more 30-minute calls with others working in a similar role that I applied for which covered more job specific questions and details regarding my professional skill set. A few days later I got an invite for an on-site interview at the Austin office. Procore kindly worked around my schedule and let me select dates that worked best. Once the time was determined, Procore arranged a team of travel experts, second to none, to take care of everything for my trip! This service was a great touch and let me focus on the interview without the added stress/distractions that comes with travel. The onsite visit consisted of an office tour and three separate 30-minute one-on-one interviews. All three individuals who Procore selected to interview me were professional and very affable. More importantly, all three asked meaningful questions and answered all my questions in detail. It was important for me to find a company with active community involvement and core values. I left with no doubt that the hype is real. Culture and community is a pillar at Procore, and it’s a brand any employee would be proud to stand behind. I flew home that Friday and heard back the following Monday. I was awarded an offer and graciously accepted. I appreciated the quick response and flexibility Procore has shown to ensure a smooth transition for everyone.

1-2 interviews with the recruitment team, then eventually moving on to a panel interview. Panel interviews are generally done one on one and back to back with 3 interviewers. Interviews were done online, after that there was not a lot of communication other than an automated once all candidate interviews are completed.
