The hiring process comprised of 2 phone interviews followed by an onsite interview. The first phone interview was mostly behavioral questions by the HR and the second interview was conducted by the manager who's team I would join. The whole process was very smooth and the HR team was very responsive. The onsite interview consisted of three rounds, one technical and two for understanding my background and ensuring a cultural fit.
